FAQ

Q: What information do I need to provide when I create an account?
A: In order to create an account, you will need to provide your name, email address, and phone number.

Q: I created an account and I did not receive the 50 points, what do I do now?
A: Once you create an account, make sure that you actually login to your account in order to activate the 50 points.

Q: How long does it take for my points/beer punches to show up in my account?
A: Once you're connected and your check is closed out, the points and punches will appear in your account within one hour.

Q: How do I redeem my Skip the Line Pass?
A: When you're ready to redeem your pass, click redeem. A screen will appear asking if you are sure you are ready to redeem your reward. Once you confirm, a screen will appear that you will need to show to the hostess and you will be next on the list to be sat! 
*Please note, you can only use your pass for the exact day that you redeem the reward.

Q: How many beers can I claim per day for the Beer Club?
A: You may claim 10 total beers per day. You can only claim 3 of each type of beer per day.
